  • Preparation of an expert assessment (budget account) for the estimated amount of the investment intention, including proposals for optimization;
  • Preparation of tender documentation for selection and conducting a procedure for selection of contractors and suppliers;
  • Assistance in conducting negotiations for selection of a general contractor for the site.

Construction

  • Control over the spending of the budget and updating the cash flow for the site;
  • Administration of the contracts for the site;
  • Ensuring a person responsible for the quality on the construction site;
  • Monitoring, assessment and recommendations regarding the observance of safe and healthy working conditions on the construction site;
  • Authorization of payments for the site, subject to the high-quality and timely performance of construction and installation works;
  • Conducting regular briefings on the construction site with the participation of all parties involved in the process;
  • Preparation of monthly reports to the client with information on the progress of the project as per the schedule;
  • Coordinating the activities for commissioning the site and handing it over to the client.

Warranty service
